Barbados Challenge:

Run three of the following events and receive a special commemorative medal - 3 events and four medals!

Gold Medal – Run the Powerade Fun Mile Friday, the 10K Saturday and the Half Marathon Sunday

Silver Medal – Run the Powerade Fun Mile Friday, the 10K Saturday and the 5K Sunday

Bronze Medal – Run the Powerade Fun Mile Friday, the ICBL 3K Saturday and the 5K Sunday

IMPORTANT NOTICE BARBADOS MARATHON – RUN BARBADOS SERIES

The Barbados Tourism Authority (BTA) announces changes to the 2012 Run Barbados Series. The traditional Marathon will not be included in the 2012 schedule this year as the Authority seeks to revamp the entire series after 25 years of sameness. This will provide the opportunity to deliver a much more enhanced event in 2013.

Persons already registered for the Marathon will automatically be transferred to the Half Marathon, which will remain part of the 2012 series.

Following are the revised event challenges for the 2012, which are equally exciting and enjoyable:
• Gold- Run the Fun Mile, 10K and Half Marathon
• Silver- Fun Mile, 10K and 5K
• Bronze- Fun Mile, 3K and 5K
